A subluxation is an area of the spine that has misaligned to the point that it is causing nervous system interference and dysfunction in the body. Chiropractors locate and correct these for you, restoring your body’s connections and helping you feel much, much better!

The more adjustments you miss in your care plan, the longer it will take to see the results you are looking for. Stay on track–it’s worth it!

The number and frequency of adjustments vary from person to person. Most sense some progress within a week or two. As supporting muscles and ligaments heal, visits may become less frequent. Cases of long-term spinal neglect may require visits over many months or years.

Your spine did not get like this overnight, and it definitely won’t go away overnight. The key to success is consistency and repetition in order to retrain the body and spine to stay in the correct position.
